Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 13, 2026
Last updated: September 9, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of texassolarquote.com (the “Site”), operated by TexasSolarQuote.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Service Description
TexasSolarQuote.com is a lead generation and referral service. We connect Texas homeowners interested in solar energy with licensed third-party solar installation companies. We do not install solar systems and are not a solar installation company. We do not guarantee the accuracy of savings estimates, which are based on averages and may vary based on your specific home, location, energy usage, and utility rates.
2. No Warranties on Quotes or Savings
All savings estimates, tax credit information, and energy calculations provided on this Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding quote or guarantee of savings. Actual results will vary. Incentive availability and eligibility depend on current rules and your circumstances. Under current federal rules, the Residential Clean Energy Credit under Internal Revenue Code section 25D is not available for expenditures made after December 31, 2025. Paying in 2025 does not qualify a system whose original installation is completed after that date. Do not assume that a new residential installation in 2026 qualifies for a 30% federal homeowner tax credit. Review current IRS guidance and consult a qualified tax professional about your individual situation.
3. Third-Party Solar Companies
When you submit a request through our current quote form, your information may be shared with one independent participating solar provider. These companies are not agents or employees of TexasSolarQuote.com. We are not responsible for the quality, pricing, or workmanship of any solar installation, any representations made by third-party companies, or any disputes arising from your interactions with third-party installers. We encourage you to verify that any solar company you work with is licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
4. Consent to Contact
By submitting our current quote request form, you consent to be contacted by TexasSolarQuote.com and one participating solar provider via phone, text, and email as described in our Privacy Policy and the TCPA consent disclosure on our quote form.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of TexasSolarQuote.com and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TexasSolarQuote.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or any third-party solar company’s services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TexasSolarQuote.com and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance.
